Strategic Leadership, BS (Accelerated)

The Strategic Leadership program explores the complex nature of leadership in modern organizations to help you reach an understanding of what it means to be competent, creative, flexible and forward-thinking in a corporate environment. You investigate the importance of understanding diversity, ethics, and organizational values in decision-making, as well as theoretical foundations and practical behaviors and processes that promote positive leadership and organizational growth.

The leadership program is designed to prepare students for leadership careers in complex organizations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors of an increasingly global economy and diversified workplace.

  1. CRITICAL THINKING: Professional graduates think critically and apply systems thinking to decision-making.
