Possessing a strong background in athletic administration theory, practical experience, and a passion for teaching, Luke is committed to fostering the next generation of sports management professionals. With expertise in various areas of sports management, including organizational behavior, sports marketing, event planning, and strategic
management, Luke provides students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to succeed in the dynamic and competitive sports industry. Professional memberships include: The National Academic Advising Association (NACADA), Faculty Athletic Representative Association (FARA), National Interscholastic Athletic Administration Association (NIAAA), and Michigan Interscholastic Athletic Administration Association (MIAAA).

Personally, Luke lives in Rochester Hills with his beautiful wife Karen, and his amazing daughter Rosie. You can find Luke and Karen on the soccer pitch most weekends supporting Rosie in travel soccer or watching Rosie perform in local theater productions. The Beach family also enjoys traveling, watching movies, and walking their two dogs.
