Palmer Hall is intended for students over the age of 25, or who are married and seeking to live on campus. This independent, transitional style of living is great for residents who may have outgrown “dorm-life,” but who still want the benefits of being a part of our campus community.
If you’re interested in living in Palmer Hall, you must apply in advance as units are in high demand with priority given to married couples. While no meal plan is required for Palmer Hall residents, you can purchase one upon request. For more information on becoming a Palmer Hall resident, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rather than dorm rooms, Palmer Hall features carpeted studio apartments with walk-in closets and a small bathroom.
